From the start to finish of any manufacturing, we monitor product finishing, for which we have a quality procedure in place and dedicated personnel appointed to ensure this is adhered to.
We dimensionally check, where possible, all items that leave the workshop to minimise any on site re-works.
Monitoring of Sub-contracting finishing procedures such as PPC, Galvanising, Wet Painting, Polishing etc. are closely carried out, to guarantee that the Client receives the finish required and to the standard expected.
We advise at the design stage to help make the correct decision on finishes for both appearance & durability. Samples can be provided for any of our finishing processes, along with mock up panels etc. to help the Client visualise their design requirements.
